Carolynne Masson
Educator, author, public speaker and educational consultant are just some of the hats Carolynne wears with a strong background in early years and early years primary school education.
Based in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, Carolynne views it as a privilege to journey alongside Whānau, kaiako and practitioners, shining a light on the importance of foundation skills for tamariki to see themselves as successful learners.
At the heart of Carolynne’s vision for the Trust is one of her favourite sayings in her Scots dialect is “mony a mickle maks a muckle” which she later learned when she was a young playcentre Mum, is similar to “Mā tini, mā mano, ka rapa te whai”. By joining together we will succeed.

Ros is excited to be involved in the work of the trust and brings skills and experience in the areas of strategic thinking and planning, communication, decision making, data analysis and teamwork.
